Fintech Vietnam:
  1. User has a credit card: grow 2% = > 4.1% (from 2018 – 2019)
  2. Percentage of women with a credit card (3.7% in 2019) lower than percentage of men with a credit card (3.6% in 2019), but higher than 2018 (only 2%).
  3. Percentage of women making online transactions (21%) > percentage of men making online transactions (20%) in 2019. in 2018, woman 8%, men 11%.
  4. 3.5% user has a mobile account, better than 2018 only 0.5%
  5. 21% makes online purchases and / or pays bills online > 9% in 2018.=
  6. 50% user mobile banking.
  7. 39% make mobile payment
  8. 62% using mobile phone to purchase items onlin
  9. 9.3% own of cryptocurrency.
  10. 77% purchased a product or service online (any device), better than 2018, only 47%.
  11. 66% made an online purchase via a mobile device, better than 2018, only 33%
